Due to overwhelming response and large attendance to The Motoplayground Race the parking structure will be strictly enforced, no exceptions.
• All Primitive Camping (no hookups) park in the field north of the start gate.
• All Hookups locations park in designated areas around the track as noted on map above.
EVERYONE entering the park (except Vendors) Enters through the Pre-Park Line.
No RV's or Vehicles parked in Pre-Park Area alone (a person must be present at all times)
Vans, Trucks that come and go to hotel - Van Pass $50 at Gate
Vans/Trucks park in the Primitive Camping area - no hookups
Wristbands $70/pp at Gate
Pre-Park Line Opens Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at noon CST - must stay with RV as move in may start earlier than noon on 10/14

SAFE T0 RACE
The Safe-to-Race - Ponca City MX will activate the Plan and Best Practices Toolkit that is considered thorough and satisfactory for implementation with coordination of overnight motocross events by the local Health Department. It was the mission of the Safe-to-Race to develop best practices for our industry that focused on the health and safety of riders, families and staff in a post-COVID-19 society. Admission and registration processes will follow strict social distancing and hygiene guidelines, as recommended by this Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Admission Process: • Upon entry, guests will be greeted by staff wearing PPE and will be given an information sheet setting forth the rules for the weekend, including social distancing guidelines, safe hygiene practices, and liability release terms and conditions. Please bring your own pen for all signature purposes. We ask you contain your own trash and dispose of it in our dumpster on your way home. Thanks in advance for pitching in.
RECOMMENDATIONS
We’re glad you’re here! Your health and safety remain important to us. Here are some things you need to know during your visit: • Practice social distancing – stand 6’ apart • Wear face masks when closer than 6’ of others • Use our hand sanitizer and hand washing stations often • If you are sick, please go home. You should not be here • If you start to feel sick, go home and call you doctor • If you are considered ‘high risk’, go home and visit us when it’s safe to do so • When not on track, please remain in your pit area. • Don’t roam or visit your neighbors. Use your phone for that • “Leave No Trace” – Take your trash home with you • Campfires are prohibited under the circumstances • Don’t touch your face .
- All Pit Vehicle drivers must be 16 years of age and have a valid drivers license
- Due to the volume of people at this event we strongly advise you to keep all personal items locked up during the entire weekend. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items such as coolers, bicycles, personal items, etc.
- NO dumping of gray water
- NO Open riding in pit area
- Persons involved in the destruction and/or theft of PONCA property, banners, any customer's property, etc. will be held liable and removed from the premises- NO EXCEPTIONS
- NO spectators will be allowed on the track- MPG staff will be on the track to assist the riders
- ABSOLUTELY NO TRESPASSING onto neighboring properties
- NO bikes started before 8:30am
- NO fireworks
- NO GLASS BOTTLES
- Riders and pit vehicles- bike must go slow in the pits and yield for people on foot
- Public intoxication is not allowed
- All pets must be on a leash at all times- all pets must be friendly and owner must clean up after their pets. Any problems will results in pet removal from property
- NO dumping fire ash into dumpster or trash cans
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be at their campsite by 11pm
- Quiet time is 11pm- Please respect your neighbors. Please turn off any loud generators
- NO oil dumping- Please use the oil recycling drums
- NO digging
- Please do not roost in the parking/pit areas
- Keep your pit area clean
- NO public display of unsportsmanlike behavior; loud cursing, etc.
- NO motorcycles allowed in the spectator areas
- Please report any violations to MPG / PONCA staff
Racer Information:
- Transponders will be required for this event.
- Transponder number is required to sign up for Racing

- Mandatory riders meeting before racing begins on Friday
