- If Temperature is under 32 Degrees / Freezing - Water will not be available - please come prepared with your own water

- IF TEMPERATURE DROPS BELOW FREEZING WE WILL TURN THE WATER OFF AT 3PM THE DAY PRIOR
-Bring LONG Extension Cords for RV plugs and water hose (bring extra long hoses)

Pit Pass for all Pit Vehicles (this will be Policed) - $25
MUST be 16 years or older with a Valid Driver's License AND wear a HELMET on all motorcycles
You must follow the rules or you will forfeit your pass. Quite pits after 9 pm every night
Upon arrival - all will be required to pay for the entire weekend. (No Exceptions)
Purchased wristbands are good through Sunday. No Refunds will be given at the gate.

Practice Fee - $40/Per Class
Racing Fee - $50/Per Class

The 2023 Regional Championship registration will be open at a later date. Stay Tuned!
Regional Championship Registration
Unlike the Area Qualifiers, to confirm your guaranteed spot or Alternate status at the Regional Championship, riders must pre-register with MX Sports by Midnight (ET) on the Monday before each event. The MX Sports Regional Fee is $60 and is separate and apart from the gate admission and track race entry fees that will be charged at the event by the organizer. You will receive two receipts, one from mailer@trackside confirming your entries with your classes and one from MX Sports confirming your payment. To guarantee a spot at a Regional Championship, riders must register online in advance with MX Sports.
Riders who qualified, but do not register online can register at the event. You will be an ALTERNATE if you register at the event. The MX Sports Regional Fee at the event will be $80 and is separate from the gate admission and track race entry fees that will be charged at the event by the organizer.
There is no pre-registration for Regional Plus classes and no MX Sports Regional Fee. Regional Plus riders will be charged the event gate admission and track race entry fee at the event.
Refund requests for Regional Championships must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. EST the Monday prior to a Regional event. All refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee except for Alternates not selected for Regional. To submit a Refund Request, go to www.mxsports.com for online submission. Phone calls will not be accepted.
RIDER INFORMATION:
- Anyone under the age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or be accompanied by an adult with a notarized permission slip - No Exceptions
- One Mechanic per rider will be allowed in staging and gate area
