Pit Pass for all Pit Vehicles  (this will be Policed)  -   $25
 MUST be 21 years or older with a Valid Driver's License AND wear a HELMET on all motorcycles
You must follow the rules or you will forfeit your pass.  Quite pits after 9 pm every night


Upon arrival - all will be required to pay for the entire weekend. (No Exceptions)  
Purchased wristbands are good through Sunday.  No Refunds will be given at the gate.

Regional Championship Registration
THIS IS NOT AN OPEN ENTRY EVENT!
  • You must first qualify at one of eight South Central Area Qualifiers and pay for your MX Sports entry form(s) in order to enter Friday practice or weekend racing at this event.  
  • The top nine from each of the eight South Central area qualifiers are eligible to enter the Regional Championship.  You must register for this event at www.mxsports.com  
  • If you finished outside of a qualifying position, you may register as an alternate.  You may register as an alternate at www.mxsports.com
  • Note:  If you qualified for multiple classes in the area qualifier and you want to race those classes at the Regional Championship, you must register with MX Sports for all of those classes to race the Regional Championship
  • Note:  MX Sports fee is separate from the track (Ponca City MX) practice and race fees for the Regional.  You will need to register with MX Sports first and at the track when you arrive.
  • There will be qualifiers in some classes at the Regional. For classes that have more than 42 in the class, we will run two qualifiers and one LCQ for these classes. The qualifiers count as your first moto finish. (See Loretta’s Supplemental Rules for more info.)

LAP TIMES (WEATHER PERMITTING)
12 MINUTES MICRO E, 1, 2, 3, 65CC, GIRLS
15 MINUTES ALL 85CC, SUPERMINI, 125 B/C, SCHOOLBOY 1
4 LAP LCQ'S


For classes that have more than 42 racers, there will be 2 qualifiers.  The top 18 will transfer to the second and third motos.  The others will race the Consolation race (LCQ).  The top 6 will transfer from the LCQ to the second and third motos.  The finish position in the first qualifier counts as the first moto finish.  
Overall Finishes- The top six in the overall finish positions will advance to the National at Loretta Lynn's

AMA membership is required.  It is recommended that you update and/or purchase your AMA memberships prior to the event . 


RIDER INFORMATION:
- Anyone under the age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or be accompanied by an adult with a notarized permission slip - No Exceptions
- One Mechanic per rider will be allowed in staging and gate area
